Hello everyone
While I am still enjoying my days in San Francisco (oops, major spoiler if you don’t follow on Instagram) there is still some beautiful photos to share of Venice.
In case you missed part 1, then please check it out: Part 1

Since this trip was a very short one, with actually just one day to visit the city, you didn’t have any specific plans of things to see or where to eat or drink.
However, I did know that in Venice they have a Hard Rock Cafe (HRC), and both I and Mr. A are major fans of going there, so it was no surprise that once our lovely breakfast was digested, and we started to feel hungry, we decided to walk towards the HRC.

So at the HRC, we had a Jumbo Combo platter which consists of a diversity of snack going from chicken wings to onion rings, along with many more delicious things. All to be enjoyed while sipping on a lovely cocktail. Because, why not, right?!
Sorry, that there are no photos of it in this post (I always forget to properly photograph food/drinks for the blog posts) but if you are an Instagram follower, then you have seen my Stories.
There, I always share those tasty details, before it’s too late and they are gone. haha

With full bellies and some nice cocktails to warm up our blood (those are tasty, guys…….), we decided to walk a bit longer, and again with no destination.
Walking through the streets of Venice is nice at any time of the day, to my experience, but during sunset is just gets extra special, I must say.
Everything just looked extra charming and enchanting; the lights, the narrows streets, the people looking for places to have dinner… I was amazed.
It’s one of the things the Italians and us, Portuguese, have in common is how much we treasure a good meal together with a nice wine, all followed by our friends and/or family.
I guess is one of the reasons why I feel so comfortable, or even “at home”, while in Italy.

The grand canal, by night, from the Rialto bridge.

To be honest, I don’t remember the name of the restaurant where we had dinner, but let me tell you: the food was delicious!!!
We both had pasta (duh!) with seafood, and it was to die for; seriously, it was D.E.L.I.C.I.O.US!!!

We enjoyed ourselves, and before heading to the hotel, I asked mr.man, if he would mind giving me some time to go and take some long exposure night shots.
Patient as he is, he agreed and guys, I am sooooo in love with them!!
On this post, I share just two to avoid overload of the same type of photos, but I promise to share more of them on my Instagram, so don’t forget to follow.

Once we got to the hotel, it was time to pack our bags and get ready for the next day (Sunday), which would be a long travel day; after all, we had to go from Brussels to Brabant area, in the Netherlands to pick up our “brownie boy” and from there back home.
All in all, we spent the whole Sunday traveling, but it was all worth it!

I hope you liked these two posts (Part 1 here) about beautiful Venice as much as I liked sharing them with you.
Let me know if you have any suggestions for future posts; your input is welcome and much appreciated.

All photos were taken with Sony a6000 and kit lens + 35mmF18 (night time only).

I will see you soon in a future post!
