Consequences of having a plant-based diet

What changes have I noticed since I changed my food regime to a more plant-based? Read for more insights. This is my personal experience!

Hello!!

Not sure if you remember, but some time ago, I wrote another post about changing my diet.
You can read the whole story about it here, but in a very short summarized way, I decided to reduce my intake of meat, fish, and dairy. I did not become vegan, though.
But yeah, for more info on that, please refer to this post.

Travel | A beach paradise in Portugal - Portinho da Arrábida

Travel | Find a beach paradise, just 1 hour away from Lisbon. Clear waters, surrounded by mountains. Come visit Arrábida. All photos with Sony a6000 by Barbara Santos for www.portysdiary.com

With the days getting warmer, I can't help but think about going to the beach again. It's just something that I deeply enjoy and relaxes me like no other thing! With that being said, I am not a fan of super crowded beaches and normally I do not go to the "most famous beaches in Portugal".

Beauty | New in - NARS

Beauty - Trying out NARS products for the first time. Read my First impressions on these products. What does and does not work so well for me and why. NARS Radiance Primer with SPF35, NARS Sheer Glow Foundation, NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer. All photos with Sony a6000 by Barbara Santos for www.portysdiary.com

For the longest time, I have heard great things about NARS and its products.
Foundations, concealers, lipsticks, the famous Orgasm blush... You name it! They are all over the beauty-community but only now, I finally decided to bite the bullet and give this brand a try.

Hello there!

In case you missed it, here you can find the previous two posts I wrote about Milan:

Skincare | Finding my skin type

Skincare - Finally understanding my skin type; what issues I am going through and how I am try to solve it. Skin type: sensitive, dry and dehydrated.

Hi, I'm Barbara, 33 and only know I know what skin type I am!
Yes, it took me this long to realize what my skin really is and what does it need.
For the longest time, I thought I was one of those blessed girls out there with "perfect skin". Meaning, I didn't have to spend time taking care of it that it would always be okay.
But eventually, the game changed...
