Hello there!!! :-)

In my recent workout routine, I introduced a good old hobby of mine, back form my childhood.
Never expected that it'd become so difficult to do it again, and it would make me sweat like crazy!!
Back in the days, in between classes, we would do this every time just for the fun.
Some of the benefits of this exercise are:

  • Muscle Tone
  • Weight Loss
  • Increase Cardiovascular Fitness

There are plenty of exercises, that you can find all over the internet. The key is: have a good pair of sneakers, don't overdo it and take it easy.
What am I talking about?!

Jumping rope!!!

I try to follow this YouTube video, but it's very demanding!

Oh, and it's cheap! All you need is to get a rope (which should cost less than 10EUR) and you're good to go!
