Adventures in the kitchen #8

Hi there!!!

Today, I bring you a super healthy, easy, fresh and yet, delicious meal.
The other day, after working out, I had this craving for a salad. After checking what was available in the fridge, this is what I came up with:


What will you need:
-   Chicken breast
-   Lettuce & rucola
-   1/2 Red paprika
-   1 Tomato
-   1 Small onion
-   1 Egg - boilled

Basically, just cut everything in small pieces, mix it all together and voilá! Ready to go!
As topping, I used the good old olive oil, but you can add whatever.
I'm a huuuuge fan of salads and it's great because youc an easily come up with a new recipe every day, depending on what's in your fridge.

What I can guarantee, is that this was delicious meal and super healthy! :-)
